Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

There may be several reasons why you have not received an order confirmation:
• The email address you provided may contain a typographical error.

• The order may not have been completed successfully due to a technical error or payment failure.

What can I do if I have not received confirmation?

• Check whether the payment for your order has been debited from your bank account.

Can I pay afterwards?

At JT Products we offer flexible payment options to simplify your shopping experience. Choose to pay afterwards or pay in installments during checkout via Klarna or Ideal in3.

The product I am looking for is not in your shop, what now?

Most likely we can still deliver the product. Request this by contacting our customer service at info@jt-products.nl .

Can I have my product installed by you?

No, this is not possible. We are only an online store.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Changes can be made to an order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@jt-products.nl . if you want to make changes or cancel your order.

Intra-community delivery

If your company is located in an EU country outside the Netherlands and has a valid VAT number, you can pay with us without VAT.

Enter your VAT number in full during checkout, including country code, for example: NL866860666B01. The VAT number must be entered completely and correctly.

The specified VAT number is linked to a specific address. This address must match the address you enter at checkout for validation to be successful.

As soon as your VAT number has been validated, the VAT automatically expires and you can pay without VAT.
