Airtec Motorsport intercooler upgrade for the 1 and 3 Series diesel models. Suitable for track use or highway driving.

To ensure there is no noticeable loss of performance during extended high-intensity driving, they have developed a larger, freer-flowing intercooler that is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM part.
The solution to increase the size and performance of the intercooler within the limited space behind the bumper is based on a wider, taller core with a huge depth of 150mm. This offers a massive 94% increase in total capacity compared to the original intercooler. As well as a significant increase in the frontal surface, allowing it to make optimal use of the airflow.

In addition to the powder-coated intercooler, the package also comes with all mounting materials and detailed mounting instructions.

Its gigantic cooling capacity makes it an essential modification for modified X1, 1 and 3 Series diesel models.

This intercooler is a replacement for BMW part number 17517524916 and is suitable for all models with corresponding inlet and outlet diameters of 62 mm.

NOTE:
Only fits the N47 and M47 engines.
