Description
In addition to their Audi Sport S1 Front Mount intercooler, Airtec has launched a Stage 2 intercooler with integrated crash bar, adding to their range of performance intercoolers.
The design features 60mm inlets and outlets that flow freely through the custom end tanks, in an 80mm – 60mm deep single pass core. By integrating the crash bar, the entire front grille area is used, while maintaining the towing eye function. This provides a huge increase in surface area and volume, and significantly reduces intake air temperatures, suitable for heavily modified examples with higher boost pressures and over 500 hp.
