Description
This Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust is manufactured with specially developed ultra-light titanium alloys. It is designed as a replacement for the performance exhaust of the Mercedes-AMG E 63 and E 63 S. The system is finished with hand-crafted carbon fiber tailpipes in matte or high-gloss finishes. Visually they are divided with a newly designed part made of cast titanium.
This stunning system also includes other parts cast in Akrapovič's own foundry. It has an active X-joint and an extra pair of exhaust valves behind the rear mufflers. These are designed to provide optimal control over the exhaust sound for the best listening pleasure. The system retains the characteristic AMG sound, but makes it even deeper and richer. It provides excellent acoustic feedback both inside and outside the cabin.
With an increase in power and torque over a wide speed range and a significant weight saving of over 45%, this is a very serious performance upgrade. The system has optimized gas flow and reduced back pressure, offering endless tuning possibilities. Thanks to ECE type approval, there is no need to reprogram the ECU or add other parts, resulting in a simple plug-and-play installation.
