Description
The BOSS500 turbo upgrade kit for GEN1 EA888 TSI engines is a powerhouse that can deliver up to 500hp, with long-term reliability. Called BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution), this kit includes a CTS proprietary CHRA and is installed in a custom cast CTS Turbo exhaust housing, designed for a perfect fit with any downpipe and a scroll area of approximately 0.63AR for a fast boost response without restrictions.

Warranty period starts on the date of purchase. 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects for CTS products only (excluding turbochargers). 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects for CTS brand turbochargers. Warranty does not cover abuse, physical damage, improper installation or misuse of parts. No warranty on ANY electrical components or fuel systems. Return shipping must be paid by the sender. Warranty only covers repair or replacement of the defective parts (at CTS Turbo's option). Warranty does not provide refunds or credits. Do not open multiple warranty tickets as this will delay the warranty process. CTS Turbo reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
