The OEM B8 and B8.5 intercoolers deliver disappointing performance, this platform benefits greatly from an intercooler upgrade. Vehicles at stock boost levels through Stage 1-2 and Big Turbo applications will all see a big improvement over factory equipment.
This gigantic intercooler core is almost 2 times larger than the stock but causes no noticeable pressure drop, a pressure drop of 1-2psi was measured. Cast aluminum end tanks connect seamlessly to our high-flow silicone hoses to ensure a boost-leak-free fit that will last! This part passes our extensive quality control and pressure testing.
For vehicles equipped with Audi Drive Select (ADS); you will have to order an additional oil cooler for ADS.
The ADS cooler is visible through the top right corner of the grille. Usually found on cars with Dynamic Steering and Dynamic Suspension. Please check this on your vehicles before ordering and add an ADS cooler relocation kit if required. See a photo in the image gallery.

Warranty period starts on the date of purchase. 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects for CTS products only (excluding turbochargers). 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects for CTS brand turbochargers. Warranty does not cover abuse, physical damage, improper installation or misuse of parts. No warranty on ANY electrical components or fuel systems. Return shipping must be paid by the sender. Warranty only covers repair or replacement of the defective parts (at CTS Turbo's option). Warranty does not provide refunds or credits. Do not open multiple warranty tickets as this will delay the warranty process. CTS Turbo reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
