Description
The CTS Turbo TT180 FMIC kit for MK1 TTs with FWD and Quattro drive is an excellent upgrade for both standard and modified cars. This kit offers a significant improvement in cooling compared to the competition, and substantial cooling benefits over the factory setup. The improvements are thanks to the high-density intercooler core and cast aluminum end tanks.
Each pipe in this set is bead rolled, so you don't have to worry about your boost pipes coming loose or leaking. In addition, this kit uses stainless steel pipework, 4-layer silicone fittings and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. This intercooler has cast aluminum end tanks and a high density core that is pressure tested. This intercooler is rated at 450 crankshaft HP and has the dimensions 64.14 cm x 20.32 cm x 7.62 cm. From end tank to end tank it is 90.17 cm.
Please note: If you are interested in maintaining the low profile look, rest assured that the kit can be installed with no modifications to the factory rebar and very minimal adjustments to the rear of the bumper.
