Description
The Stage 2+ “RS” turbocharger kit for the BMW S55 is based on our extensive experience with turbo projects, incorporating new technologies for optimal performance while retaining factory fitting. Using advanced flow analysis, we have optimized the twin-scroll turbine housing to maintain standard fitting and usage, allowing compatibility with all standard-fit downpipes, inlets and charge tubes.
This kit, which requires no core submission, reaches up to 808whp on a modified engine and uses standard wastegates and installation components for easy installation. It includes brand new turbochargers, large intake pipes and is VSR balanced with upgraded bearings for reliability. Designed for significant power at lower boosts, 24-25psi is recommended for optimal performance, with final tuning required.

• Bolt-on plain bearing CHRA with HD bearings, turbine wheel diameter increased by 0.5mm and thrust surface increased by 2mm
• Billet 8-blade compressor wheel, 47.4mm inducer, 58mm exducer with 63.10mm extended tip design
• 9-blade Mar-M 246 Superalloy turbine wheel, 52mm inducer, 45.6mm exducer, high flow
• 316 stainless steel exhaust housings and wastegate components
• VSR balanced to exceed OE tolerances
• Wire reinforced silicone turbo inlet included
• Compatible with factory installation hardware (not included )
• Compatible with factory wastegate actuators (not included, use your original wastegate actuators)
• Wastegate actuators MUST be calibrated with ISTA+ software for tuning.

Warranty period starts on the date of purchase. 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects for CTS products only (excluding turbochargers). 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects for CTS brand turbochargers. Warranty does not cover abuse, physical damage, improper installation or misuse of parts. No warranty on ANY electrical components or fuel systems. Return shipping must be paid by the sender. Warranty only covers repair or replacement of the defective parts (at CTS Turbo's option). Warranty does not provide refunds or credits. Do not open multiple warranty tickets as this will delay the warranty process. CTS Turbo reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
