The do88 BigPack Performance Intercooler Kit is the ultimate upgrade for those aiming for high power goals! This kit includes both the do88 performance intercooler and pipe package, offering a significant improvement in airflow and cooling. This BigPack is designed to perform under tough conditions, meaning the OEM intercooler is no longer suitable for tuned engines or intensive use. The do88 BigPack offers better performance than most FMIC installations.
• All-aluminum intercooler with CAD-designed, optimized end tanks
• 2.5” mandrel-bent seamless aluminum pressure tubes for improved airflow
• Custom-made silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement
• Dramatically improves airflow and cooling performance
• Replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the gas valve
Advantages over OEM intercooler/pipes:
• Core volume: 15,347 cm³ (do88 is 99% larger than OEM 7,719 cm³)
• Air flow at 0.15 bar pressure loss: 325 CFM (do88 is 36% higher than OEM 239 CFM)
• Air outlet temperature: 24°C (do88 12°C lower than OEM 36°C)
