This intercooler is designed to provide the best cooling efficiency under harsh conditions. Manufactured exclusively from aluminum with continuous welds, ensuring reliability and endurance when you really need it. The increased core volume improves cooling efficiency and reduces air inlet temperature. Of course, as this is a do88 performance product, we have conducted thorough, rigorous and continuous testing in the development of this product to ensure the best performance. No compromises have been made. This intercooler has been greatly optimized for the given space for easy installation.
The 123% increased core volume is an achievement we are proud of. It's a remarkable difference. Palpable, to say the least. The engine pulls better throughout the rev range and withstands repeated full throttle runs without building up heat. The idea that an intercooler should only be upgraded after a major engine tune-up is incorrect, but is still widely held among customers and car enthusiasts. During hot Swedish summer days, during repeated acceleration, inspired driving or even just driving in a warmer climate zone, it doesn't take much effort for the engine to generate dangerously high intake temperatures – even in a standard, untuned car. The cooling capacity of an OEM intercooler is inferior in many cases, which will affect usable power delivery. The heat must be eliminated, otherwise the promised power will decrease as soon as you accelerate. With our intercooler you can trust that the power is always there.
This product comes with everything needed for easy installation, without any cutting or altering the original shape of the car in any way. Bolts, washers and mounting instructions are of course included.
