This ensures optimal cooling of the supercharged air and a noticeable increase in power. The cast aluminum end boxes have been developed using the latest CAD technology and optimized by CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal back pressure. Furthermore, our developed competition intercooler core, in combination with a custom air guide, ensures that new adjacent components such as the water cooler also receive sufficient airflow. This kit is therefore the perfect choice for racing. Our Wagner Tuning intercoolers have a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that offers excellent heat conduction properties and protects the radiator against environmental influences. This ensures lasting and optimal cooling, so that you can always use full power. Installation is simple with the original mounting points and is problem-free thanks to the plug-and-play principle. For even better performance, we have increased the inlet and outlet diameter to Ø60 mm. That's why this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum boost and charge tube.
