Shipping & Returns
Our delivery times, stated on the product pages, serve as an indication. We would like to emphasize that these are manually updated in our effort to ensure accuracy. Nevertheless, they may not always be completely up to date.

There may be several reasons why you have not received tracking information:
• The order has not yet shipped: It may take some time for your order to be processed and shipped.
• Check your spam/promotional folder: Sometimes the email containing tracking information ends up in your spam folder.
• No tracking available: For some products or shipping methods, we do not provide tracking information.
• Incorrect email address: The email address you entered may contain an error.
• Tracking information is usually sent within 24 hours of shipment.
• If processing takes longer due to busy times, tracking may take a little longer to become available.
We work together with various suppliers around the world. Sometimes products are shipped directly from the supplier to the end customer, which may result in separate deliveries when ordering multiple products.

Do you have a return? Follow these steps carefully for a smooth transaction:
1. Register your return via email: Send an email to info@jt-products.nl with your order number and the items you want to return. We will then send you a returns form by email.
2. Complete the returns form: Make sure you complete the returns form completely and add it to your return shipment. We cannot process your return without this form.
3. Pack the item carefully: Use the original packaging and sufficient padding to protect the item. Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging cannot be (fully) reimbursed.
4. Clearly state the return address: Make sure the return address is clearly visible on the packaging.
5. Franking and shipping: Frank the shipment sufficiently and deliver the package to a delivery point (PostNL, DHL, DPD, Bpost). Please ensure that the returned items reach us within 14 days.
6. Keep the shipping receipt: Receive a shipping receipt for each deposit and keep it safe. You are responsible for a successful return.
7. Confirmation of receipt: As soon as we have received and processed the return in good order, you will receive an email from us. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days before the amount is refunded to your account.
IMPORTANT: When returning products, please also send manuals, stickers, screws and the product packaging (in original condition). If these are missing, we may apply a depreciation based on the condition of the returned products. Damaged items upon arrival may also result in a reduction in value.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. A return must be sent with tracking. The costs for returns are for your own account.
The costs for returning a product are at your expense, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
As soon as the product has been received, checked and processed by us, you will receive the money back via the payment option chosen at the time. Processing a return takes an average of 5 working days.
No, JT-Products is a webshop and not a store. Therefore, no items can be picked up.
Your return may have been refused for several reasons, including:
• Return period expired: The product was returned after the return period.
• Used: The product was not returned in new, unused condition.
• Damaged: The product was returned damaged.
• Incomplete: The product is not returned complete or without all accessories/parts.
• Not pre-notified: The return has not been pre-notified via our returns portal or customer service.
If your return has been refused, you will receive an email with further explanation.
